How We Are Different

RealAgentRank is a verification platform. We don’t just list agents; we vet them. We manually verify every single agent on our platform against a rigorous 10-point Trust Score.
- We Verify Identity: We check passports and company registrations to ensure the agent is a legal entity, not a “ghost.”
- We Verify Credentials: We validate memberships with the Thai Real Estate Broker Association (TREBA) and global designations like CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).
- We Verify History: We review past sales contracts to prove an agent actually closes deals.

RealAgentRank was founded by a 10-year real estate veteran and PropTech entrepreneur.
After a decade as a licensed agent in the US and working at UpNest (acquired by NewsCorp), I moved to Southeast Asia and was shocked by the chaos of the property market. I saw friends lose deposits to fake landlords. I saw investors buy “guaranteed return” condos that never got built.
I realized that the only way to fix this market was to build a Trust Layer on top of it.
RealAgentRank is that layer. We are building the “Michelin Guide” for Thai real estate—a curated, exclusive list of the top 1% of professionals who have proven they are worthy of your trust.
